In 1958, the company’s founder, Godtfred Kristiansen, trademarked a system for coupling the plastic stones that would eventually become generally known as LEGO “Automatic Joining Bricks. inch The invention allowed LEGO to make more diverse and complex toys.

A further expansion in 1979 saw the introduction of LEGO Space sets, a review of astronaut minifigures, rockets and spaceships, between other popular themes. In 1999, the LEGO Group entered the Star Wars market, launching places featuring the X-wing mma fighter and LINK Fighter.

Seeing that the company grew, it required to increase it is ability to release new products quickly and proficiently. To this end, it appointed management agent Jorgen Vig Knudstorp.

This individual helped this company cut down on products on hand and reduce creation time. He encouraged the organization to build associations with key toy corporations, including Goal, Wal-Mart and Toys ‘R’ Us.

This individual also brought in LEGO Strategies, an online community where followers could put up plans for new Lego sets that they wanted to watch produced. This kind of allowed SEGLAR to test view the appeal of new tips and gain feedback prior to committing to all of them.
